A no pain salad and a perfect summer soother, very healthy and tasty. This salad is one of my favourite. Just chop and mix and it is ready to serve.
1 cup finely chopped cucumber.
1 small onion finely chopped.
1 tomato finely chopped.
Green chilli chopped to taste.
Few springs of coriander chopped.
Black salt to taste.
2 tbsp lemon juice.
¼ tsp black pepper powder.
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder.
Mix all the ingredients and shake well. Serve immediately.
