Ingredients:
¾ cup pasta.
1 small onion.
1 medium tomato.
¼ cup thinly cut bell pepper.
1 carrot.
½ cup shredded cabbage.
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
1 green chili chopped finely (to taste)
For the dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil.
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce.
½ tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp black pepper powder.
1 tsp sugar.
2 tbsp lemon juice
Process:
Boil the pasta in water. While boiling add a teaspoon of oil to it. When boiled drain off the water and set the pasta aside and let it cool down.
Cut all the vegetables in long thin strips (julian style) and mix them together. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for dressing and give it a good stir so that it is evenly mixed. Keep the cut vegetables and dressing in refrigerator. Add dressing to salad just before serving. Toss it nicely so that dressing is nicely coated on salad.
Serve.
